We produce frames in days, not weeks. 

Therefore we aim to get your order to you within 6 working days - that’s 5 days to make it, 1 day to ship. 

All our frames are custom made by hand, uniquely for you. This means that during busy periods we can take longer than 5 days, but we will always keep you up to date with where you order is, and when we expect it to arrive.

All our frames are sent with 24 hour delivery, either with DPD or Royal Mail, depending on size. 

Orders over £100 come with free delivery or all UK mainland addresses (excluding Highlands and islands), and for all other orders we charge £5.00 for shipping.

If your order is urgent - for example your trying to give a gift for a birthday or special occasion - get in touch with us at hello@limner.co.uk and we will do our best to hit your deadline.

Not just yet. We’re working on it, but for now we’re limited to the Great Britain and the Channel Islands.

All our frames are made to order based on your specifications. As a result we can’t accept returns. 

However, if you’re not happy with your order for whatever reason we want to make it right - so please get in touch with us at hello@limner.co.uk

We stand by the quality of our frames and our printing. If you’re not happy for whatever reason, then we want to make sure we can fix it for you - so please get in touch with us at hello@limner.co.uk

If you can let us know within 30 minutes then we will be able to cancel / amend your order for you - please email us with your order number at hello@limner.co.uk. 

We start making your frames as quickly as we can - so if you want to make any changes more than 30 minutes after placing your order please get in touch with us and if the team hasn’t yet started making it we’ll be able to amend it for you.

We understand that measuring in particular can be a big worry. We find that due to the tolerances we build in, frames not fitting properly is actually quite rare. 

However, accidents do happen and we’re here to help. If you’ve measured incorrectly (plus or minus 50mm) then we’ll get you a correctly sized frame for no extra cost. Just drop us an email and we’ll fix it. Email at hello@limner.co.uk with details of your order and we’ll pick it up with you.
