Shipping policy

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all our frames within 6 working days (for orders before 12pm).

If your order is urgent let us know and we'll stretch every sinew to help.

Deliveries

All our frames are sent with 24 hour delivery, either with DPD or Royal Mail, depending on size.

Orders over £100 come with free delivery for all UK mainland addresses (excluding Highlands and islands), and for all other orders we charge £5.00 for shipping.

International

Our shipments are limited to Great Britain and the Channel Islands.

Delivery Errors

Missed Carrier Delivery

Our carrier partners will leave a card if there was nobody in to accept delivery. You can contact the carrier directly using the details on this card to reschedule a delivery or arrange a collection.

Missed Postal Delivery

Our postal partner will leave a card if there was nobody in to accept delivery. This card will contain the details needed for you to collect your order from the Post Office where your item(s) will be held.

Late Delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 2 business days of receiving your dispatch notification, please contact us.

Damaged/Incorrect Delivery

If you've received your order and find it's damaged or incorrect, please contact us
